Terms and Conditions for Massage Class
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after February 28, 2025. However, tickets are transferable to another student.
Consent for Photography: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being photographed during the class, and agree that the photos may be used by Joe Glow, Joseph Field, and other class participants for promotional purposes.
Eligibility: This class is exclusively available to Licensed Estheticians and Massage Therapists. Licensed Cosmetologists may attend if licensed and practicing in a state where they are authorized to perform skincare services. Students currently enrolled at Myotherapy Massage College are also eligible. Use code STUDENT
Confirmation of Eligibility: By signing up for this class, you confirm that you are either a licensed Esthetician, licensed Massage Therapist, a licensed Cosmetologist in a state where performing skincare treatments is legal, or a student at Myotherapy.
Class Details: The class will take place on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Myotherapy (3950 S 700 E Ste 100, Millcreek, UT 84107).
Updates and Communication: By enrolling, you consent to receiving class-related updates via email and text.
What to Bring: A massage table, stool, and massage medium will be provided. You are responsible for bringing a sheet set.
Treatment Consent: You consent to giving and receiving massage and product application for the face, scalp, neck, décolletage, shoulders, arms, hands, and feet.
Client Intake Form: A client intake form will be provided on the day of the class, and you agree to complete it.
No Show Fee: Because this class depends on collaborative partnerships, a $299 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend without prior notice. If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make necessary arrangements.
Content Restrictions: By enrolling, you agree not to resell or reteach any content from this course.
Insurance Requirement: You must have your own professional liability insurance.
