Appointment Policies
Cancellations and No Shows:
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. No charge will be made until the end of your appointment or if you do not show up for your appointment. You can pay with a different form of payment. 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please communicate any changes in scheduling that you may need to make as soon as possible. I will try my best to be as accommodating as possible. Please understand that canceling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged in full for your appointment. Again, I will try to be as accommodating as possible, as long as you communicate changes as soon as possible.
Communication and Intake:
Please inform me of any health conditions, surgeries, injuries, replacements, implants, or allergies that may affect your appointment. Please note that there shall be no liability on my part for any conditions that were not disclosed during the client intake process. If you experience any pain or discomfort please notify me immediately so proper adjustments can be made. Massage, bodywork, and facials are NOT a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis. Please update me when there are any changes to your health, and know that there shall be no liability on my part if you fail to update me on changes in your health.
Professionalism:
All clients must be 18 years of age or older. All services offered are 100% therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate misconduct will be dismissed immediately, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and asked to leave immediately. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN OR PETS are allowed at your appointment.
Late Arrivals:
I will try my best to accommodate late arrivals, however please understand that due to the nature of scheduling, I may not be able to provide your full treatment time if you arrive late. Please note that even if you arrive late, you are responsible for the full balance of the service booked, regardless of time you receive.
Gift certificates:
Gift certificates expire one year (365 days) after issuance. A no show for an appointment booked with a gift certificate or cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hrs notice will result in forfeit of the gift certificate in full. Can not be exchanged for cash. You will receive a code that your recipient can use to redeem their appointment.
